Simrin Rawal is a Vice President in Teneo’s People Strategy practice, where she advises senior leaders on organizational design, leadership development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. She has a background in management consulting across the US and UK.

Outside of her professional work, Simrin has long been committed to nonprofit leadership and community service. She previously served on the Young Professional Board of Exhale to Inhale, where she helped lead fundraising, strengthen community partnerships, and support the organization’s mission to empower survivors of domestic violence. She also founded Edgemont’s Colors Against Cancer 5K, a community initiative that raises funds for cancer research.

Simrin’s passion for menstrual equity is deeply personal. Having navigated endometriosis from a young age and having witnessed the lack of access to menstrual products while volunteering in New York City, she is committed to advancing education, access, and advocacy through Girls Helping Girls. Period.
