Norma Jean Garriton is a talent advisory and executive coaching leader with over 20 years of experience partnering with senior leaders across Fortune 500, nonprofit, and academic organizations to navigate complex talent decisions in large, global environments. Most recently, she was Executive Director of Early- and Mid-Career Talent Development Programs at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led the company’s flagship global rotational leadership program.

Her career started in public history and museum work, building programs and managing budgets and stakeholders at places like the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, the New-York Historical Society, and the Museum of Jewish Heritage. That early love of nonprofit, public-facing work shaped the people-first approach she later brought to corporate learning and development, executive coaching, and organizational strategy.

Norma Jean is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and holds an Executive Coaching Certificate and a Master of Arts in Public History and Archives from NYU.

She lives in Morris Plains, NJ, with her fiancé and is looking forward to getting married in January.
