Micah Goldfus

Micah is a transformation professional, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Estee Lauder Companies.
He also co-founded Kindred, Estee Lauder Companies’ disability and mental health employee resource group. Micah started his career in the social sector and is thrilled to be contributing to resolving such an important equity issue.
He holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MPA/MBA from NYU and is the father of two awesome kids.
