Micah Goldfus
Board Member
Micah is a transformation professional, currently serving as the Executive Director, Global Lead for Change & Adoption at the Estee Lauder Companies. He also co-founded Kindred, Estee Lauder Companies’ disability and mental health employee resource group.
Micah started his career in the social sector – including seven years supporting sustainable affiliate office growth at the ACLU – and is thrilled to be contributing to resolving such an important equity issue.
Micah holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MPA/MBA from NYU. He lives in New Jersey with his two awesome kids.
