Kathleen Marrero is a strategic communications and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their visibility, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful growth. Her expertise spans strategic planning, digital communications, thought leadership, and organizational positioning, with a focus on helping mission-driven organizations amplify their impact.

As a member of the Girls Helping Girls. Period. Board of Directors, Kathleen provides strategic guidance on communications, marketing, partnerships, and public awareness initiatives that advance menstrual equity and expand access to menstrual products and education. She is passionate about using strategic storytelling and collaboration to inspire action and create lasting change.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from William Paterson University and a Master of Science in Professional and Technical Communication from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She enjoys traveling, reading, practicing Pilates and yoga, and spending time with her three daughters.
