Volunteer with Us
There are several ways you can volunteer with Girls Helping Girls. Period.
Assist us in our HQ location, Essex Co., NJ, with tasks including inventory, organizing and packing products as well as emergency relief projects which are managed from NJ.
Work behind the scenes from any location, to help with just about everything. We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their expertise with us. We are grateful for those of you who just want to jump in and help with whatever we need at the moment.
Work in/around your local community. We are always needing assistance with clients who reach out from across the country, and doing emergency relief when the need arises. We are grateful to have a list of people we can turn to.

Young people everywhere are leading the way in being outspoken about PERIOD POSITIVITY. The more we talk about periods, the more we normalize them. And PERIODS ARE NORMAL! Sharing your period story is an important way to contribute to the fight for menstrual equity because we can’t get others to listen if we don’t open up.
