Heather Kugelmass

Heather Kugelmass is a social scientist with over 15 years of experience in applied research and program evaluation. She has been involved with GHGP since 2025.

Heather is committed to helping nonprofit organizations advance the public good through actionable, data-driven insights. She is especially interested in efforts to expand equitable access to healthcare and education, an interest that drew her to GHGP’s mission of menstrual equity.

Heather holds a PhD in sociology from Princeton University and an MA in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University. She lives in New Jersey with her spouse, children, and cats.
